Our Story

Implementation and presentation of five new products in the application:

  • purchase and sale of cryptocurrency;
  • purchase of gold;
  • payment by installments;
  • cross-border transfers.
  • launch of the Xolis service for entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals.

Release of a new stock package

  • Rebranding conducted under the slogan «In a circle of trust, around friends»;
  • The National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued a license to LLC «PAYNET CRYPTO» for cryptocurrency depository activities.

Company rebranding

  • Strengthening digitalization: implementation of electronic invoices and reminders via the official Telegram channel;
  • Development of mobile tools for agents (Paynet Flagship Mobile).
  • Instant transfers HUMO-UZCARD launched (0.5% commission);
  • Transfers by phone/card number and other remote services added.

A mobile application Paynet has been released for online payment of services.

  • As of March 19, the intermediary commission for payments of certain services through the Paynet network was canceled:
  • mobile communication (Beeline, Perfectum, UCell, UzMobile);
  • fixed telephony (Uzbektelecom);
  • internet providers (Sharq Telecom, Uzonline, Skyline);
  • television (UZDIGITAL TV, Stars TV);
  • fiber-optic communication services (ISTV).

Participation in the «Electricity Accounting» program: registration of mobile numbers of household subscribers and acceptance of electricity payments through the Paynet network.

Paynet system has connected «Uzbekiston pochtasi» post offices for accepting mobile service payments.

In collaboration with Halk Bank, a remote banking service system was implemented, providing a new level of convenience for clients.

In March, the list of services was expanded: acceptance of payments for landline phones in 4 regions (Andijan, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya).

  • East Telecom subscribers gained the ability to pay for telephony and video telephony services in real-time;
  • In April, the WebCompressor service was launched — optimizing internet speed, blocking ads, etc.;
  • Paynet began accepting payments for OSAGO (mandatory auto insurance).
  • The number of Paynet points doubled and exceeded 15,000;
  • More than 5,000 points became available to residents of Tashkent for paying for landline services;
  • In collaboration with «Uztransgaz», a service for paying for natural gas was implemented.
  • PAYNET became one of the first companies to facilitate payments online;
  • By its first anniversary, the company held a press event and updated its website, expanding functionality for clients;
  • An agreement was signed with the branch «O‘zbektelekom Mobayl»;
  • An agreement was concluded with Coscom (UCell brand);
  • Payment acceptance for Perfectum Mobile services was launched;
  • The number of payment acceptance points reached 1,500;
  • A presentation of the new PAYNET Mobile technology took place at the National Press Center.

PAYNET began accepting payments from «Beeline» and «Unitel» subscribers for mobile services, later Paynet announced the start of accepting payments for services from MTS-Uzbekistan.

On December 19, the license was obtained; PAYNET was the first to start operating as an online payment organization in Uzbekistan.
