For successful payment after the funds are deducted from the card, it may take from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the type of service.
If the receipt does not appear in the «History» section after some time and the payment is not displayed in the balance, please contact the support center to clarify the issue: in the assistant chat in the mobile app, call center number 71 202 07 07.
If money was deducted from your card after making a transfer from card to card and a receipt was generated in the «History» section, but the funds are not displayed in the recipient’s card balance, request the transaction history of the recipient’s card from the bank and send it to PAYNET operators via the assistant chat in the mobile app.
To add a bank card to the PAYNET mobile app, the SMS notification service for the card must be activated for your phone number (the one you registered with the app).
Make sure that SMS notifications are active and the card is valid. After that, delete the app, reinstall it, and try to add the card again.

The cashback for service payment ranges from 0.1% to 2.2% depending on its type. The exact amount is indicated next to the name of each service in the «Payment» section.
Unfortunately, transferring accumulated cashback to a bank card is not available.
However, you can use the cashback account to pay for services in the app (excluding payments by details, loan repayment, and payment for government services).
Information about HUMO cards is automatically displayed in the «History» section (the service is free).
For UZCARD cards, monitoring is paid — 1,000 sums/month.
To activate the service, select the card in the «My Cards» section and click «Connect.» The service is valid until the end of the current month from the moment of activation.
Commission for topping up the Paynet card:

For UZCARD, monitoring is paid - 1,000 sums/month.
To connect, select the card in «My Cards» and click «Connect.» The service is valid until the end of the current month from the moment of connection.
Each user can transfer money without a fee within the established limit (3,000,000–5,000,000 sums depending on the selected offer).
The current limit can be viewed by clicking on the card in the «My Cards» section of the main menu of the app. The limit increases with the help of accumulated coins.
