Requirements for Requests

• What should be included in
  the request

  Requests must include:

  • Last name, first name, and patronymic;
  • Information about the place of residence;
  • Text of the application, proposal, or complaint.

• Signing the Request

  • Written requests must be signed by the person making the request;
  • If it is impossible to sign the request personally, it must be signed by the author with their last name, first name, and patronymic added.

• Requests that are not considered

  Appeals that:

  • Do not specify a last name, first name, or patronymic;
  • Do not specify a last name, first name, or patronymic;
  • Lack information about the place of residence;
  • Are not signed.

  Such requests are considered anonymous and will not be reviewed.
