Xolis has introduced the ability to issue electronic invoices (e-invoices), meaning platform users can now officially work not only with consumers but also with entrepreneurs and companies under contract. Previously, this required using a separate document management service. Now it can be done directly within Xolis.

Key advantage: no digital signature required

Normally, signing documents requires an electronic digital signature (EDS), which itself takes time to obtain and set up. Xolis has removed that friction: documents are now confirmed through biometric identification. Fast and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Outgoing e-invoices: you're the service provider

You've performed a service or sold goods under contract to another entrepreneur or legal entity. Simply go to "Documents" → "Electronic Invoices" → "Outgoing," create the invoice, fill in the details, and sign it using biometric identification. The document is instantly sent to the client, who can then pay directly into your Xolis business wallet.

Incoming e-invoices: you're the client

A service provider issues you an e-invoice for a service performed or goods sold under contract. Go to "Documents" → "Electronic Invoices" → "Incoming," select the relevant document, tap "Sign," and confirm your identity via biometric identification. Once verified, the e-invoice is signed, and you can pay right away — either by transferring to the provider's business wallet or using their account details.

Templates: no need to fill in the same details every time

If you regularly issue identical invoices – for example, for rent or subscription services – you can save a document as a template. Next time, Xolis will automatically update the date and invoice number, so all you need to do is review it and sign via biometric identification. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors when re-entering data.

In short
With the new e-invoice feature, entrepreneurs on Xolis can officially formalize deals with other businesses directly within the app – making it faster and easier for thousands of users to work with their business partners.
